What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: In Udine Front Station, Sleep In Udine and Udine Front Hospital, check-in times are from 3pm to 7.30pm (other times may be agreed with the manager). In Fagagna on the Hills check-in times are from 2.00 pm to 10 pm (possible other times upon agreement with the manager). Possibility of late / self check-in.
Check-out: by 10:00 a.m.
How does it work late/self check-in?
At oure Front Stazione and Front Ospedale it’s possibile to make self check-in. How does it works for Stop & Sleep Front Station:

Can I enter and leave the accommodation at any time?
Yes, each room comes with a set of keys including the room, main door, and entrance door. Guests are completely independent in managing their stay.
Are the prices per room or per person?
All prices shown on our website refer to the room rate.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments in cash, by bank transfer, debit card, or credit card (except Diners Club and American Express).

Is there a tourist tax?
Yes. Starting from February 1, 2025, a tourist tax of €1.50 per person per night (for guests aged 18 and over) will be applied, up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights in the same property.
What is your cancellation policy?
- No penalty for cancellations made at least 10 days before arrival.
- For cancellations made within 9 days prior to arrival, the first night will be charged.
Do children pay a reduced rate?
Yes, we apply the following rates for children:
- Up to 2 years old: free if sharing the bed with parents. €5/night for a baby cot.
- Up to 16 years old: €10/night supplement.
- Over 16 years old: standard adult rate.
Are pets allowed?
At our Sleep Sleep Fagagna On the Hills property, small dogs are allowed only with advance notice and a supplement of € 5 per night is required. Animals are not allowed in the facilities of Udine Fronte Stazione, Udine Fronte Ospedale.

Is breakfast included?
At our Stop & Sleep facilities Fagagna On the Hills, Udine Fronte Stazione breakfast is self-service and is included in the price: tea, coffee, herbal teas, milk, fruit juice, bread and biscuits, brioches are always available. At our Stop & Sleep Udine Fronte Ospedale and Sleep in Udine, breakfast is not included in the price but we provide tea, coffee, herbal teas, barley coffee, milk and sugar.
Are bed linen and towels provided?
Yes, the stay includes a full set of bed linen and towels.
Sheets are changed every 5 days, towels every 3 days.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, free Wi-Fi internet access is available in every property.
Do you rent bicycles?
Yes, in the facilities of Fagagna and Udine Fronte Stazione we offer the possibility to use bicycles included in the price for stays of at least two nights. If you wish to use the bikes, advance notice is welcome so that we can organize ourselves.
