News April 2022: new italian “reopening” decree

Following the new decree, from 1 April 2022 to access the accommodation facilities there will be NO obligation to have the green pass / super green pass.

Dear guest, everyone’s safety is important to us, so we put all our efforts into making your stay safe and comfortable at our facilities.
During this COVID19 emergency we decided to implement the following measures:

    Check-in

    During this period, as far as possible we will privilege self check-in.
    At your arrival at the guesthouse you will call us and we will open the door to you remotely through an application from our mobile phone. We will always be at your disposal bye mail or phone t ogive you information and support. We ask you to send your documents to ease identificationa and registration. Once you enter the guesthouse, you will find the keys on your room door which are disinfected at each custode change with special products.

    Room/studio

    Between one customer and another we proceed to an accurate ventilation and sanitation of the room with specific products and disposable rags indicated by the WHO (WORLD Health organization).

    Number of guests

    We will limit the maximum number of guests present in the structure to ensure social distancing by following the instructions dictated by the competent bodies.

    Use of the mask

    We ask you to wear the mask in the corridors of the guesthouse and in the common areas.

    We proceed to the major contact points at least twice a day such as the door handles, the andrai and the switches.

    Inside the guesthouse you will find a kit with wipes, anti bacterial hand gel and disposable gloves.

    Sheets and towels

    We only use removable duvets (neither blankets nor bedspreads), the washing of linen and towels is carried out according to the directives provided by the WHO to guarantee sanization.

    Breakfast and use of the kitchen

    For breakfast we ask you to use the room not exceeding the maximum number allowed and still maintaining the safety distance.

    Cancellations

    Reservation may be cancelled without penalty up to 7 days before the holiday date starts. If you have chosen an advance payment, in case of closure of the guesthouse you will receive a voucher that can be used on a new booking.
